SOLD in 25 Days after 7 years & 2 other brokers – why?

This summer, I had a challenge…A Glenview neighbor hired me to sell his home that had been on and off the the market for 7 years, listed with 2 other agents & they didn’t want a drop in price. Happy to say, after I implemented a custom marketing/sales strategy, the house sold in just 25 days. So, what happened? I think an agent must: 1. Have a marketing/sales strategy and not just cross fingers.

In this case, the home needed a fresh look to lure buyers back to a home that’s been sitting for a long time. We hired an interior designer to help & made sure the home was perfect & updated from Day 1. Plus, this home needed some good ol fashioned networking to re-introduce the new look. Not only did I walk the neighborhood myself inviting neighbors over. I invited hundreds of brokers to take a peak. It worked!
